The company returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Terms of return and exchange

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.

Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

Return conditions for goods of appropriate quality

According to the current legislation, you can return or exchange a good quality product if: - the product has not been used and has no signs of use by the consumer (scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.) - the product is packaged and fully preserved factory packaging - all labels and factory packaging are preserved marking - the product retains its appearance and its consumer properties Conditions for return and exchange Article 9 of the current Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" provides for the right of the consumer to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one, if the purchased product is not suitable in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, if this product has not been used and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and the settlement document issued by the seller together with the product have been preserved. The seller does not have the right to refuse the exchange (return) of a product that is not included in the list, if it meets all the requirements provided for in Art. 9 of the Law (preserved product appearance, labels, seals, there is a settlement document, etc.). Exclusion The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the list of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange or return (Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172).



Delivery in case of return of goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer.

Delivery in case of return of goods of inadequate quality is paid by the seller.

According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
